Harmonia Philanthropy, in proud partnership with Telos One, is thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of Project Launchpad (PLP) - a bold, sector-shifting initiative designed to help small to mid-sized charitable organizations in Canada grow, thrive, and lead with impact.
Launching Fall 2025, Project Launchpad will serve as a one-stop place for smaller charities to get the help they need - bringing together customized resources, technical tools, and affordable, high-quality support under one roof.
“Small charities are often asked to do big things with limited support,” says Lois Graveline, Founder & CEO of Harmonia. “Project Launchpad is built specifically for them so they’re no longer left to figure it out alone, or priced out of meaningful progress.”
This collaborative project is co-developed with Telos One, Harmonia’s longtime partner in digital transformation for nonprofits. Their deep expertise in tech innovation and human-centered design ensures that PLP isn’t just helpful, it’s accessible, relevant, and built for real-world needs.
In its first year, PLP will focus on delivering impact across multiple disciplines including marketing and communications, AI and automation, grant writing, digital transformation, legal, cybersecurity, and fundraising strategy and execution and so much more —helping charities modernize, operate more efficiently, and unlock significant financial and time savings.
Project Launchpad is designed to level the playing field, giving smaller charities access to the same caliber of strategic tools and support that larger organizations enjoy without the cost or complexity.
What Project Launchpad Offers:
• Customized Resources & Tools
Tailored solutions that speak directly to the unique challenges faced by Canada’s small and mid-sized charities from fundraising templates to donor engagement strategies and digital best practices.
• Affordable Access to Expertise
Vetted service providers and technical support at rates small charities can actually afford so they get expert guidance without exhausting their budgets.
• Innovative Solutions for Small Charities
Cutting-edge insights, tools, and approaches built explicitly for organizations that don’t have the staff, time, or capital to invest in traditional sector options.
• A One-Stop Hub for Growth
Whether they need help with infrastructure, communications, systems, or strategy, Project Launchpad will connect them to the right tools, people, and solutions, all in one place.
“This is a launchpad in every sense,” adds Graveline. “We’re building the runway small charities need to take off.”
